What's a couple of CPAs doing in a Latin place like this?

Jim Belanger and Tom Gangewer were two accountants who knew that after 32 years working with spreadsheets and projections (a combined number) that there had to be something more to this thing called life.  So being intrepid entrepreneurs and very resourceful Mainers they decided on the most logical thing:  to open a restaurant. 

Okay perhaps it was not the most logical, but for them it was the most ideal.  They knew that Greater Portland was in need of a reasonably priced dining establishment with great food and spirits.  A place you could go on date night without having to mortgage the farm.   So, inspired by their love of Latin cuisine, in October of 2005 they took the GIANT leap of faith forward and opened Burrito! on Main Street in Westbrook 

When the doors to Burrito opened that Fall the menu was limited to burritos, nachos, quesadillas and such, and beer was the only alcoholic beverage on the menu  Then it got more interesting. Jim and Tom toured Latin America vicariously through cookbooks and began expanding the menu to include dishes from Chile, Argentina, Peru and Brazil.  A year later a small space adjacent to the restaurant became available which Jim and Tom converted into Burrito Lounge featuring Latin-inspired cocktails made with fresh-squeezed juices and nectar.
